Group Health
HMO plans – a managed care plan where benefits are received from within a provider network and benefits are coordinated by primary care physician.
POS plans – same benefits as a managed care plan, but you can also choose to visit a doctor or hospital of your choice for covered services outside of the carriers approved provider directory.
PPO plans – you can always go to the provider of your choice.
